My studio is a Classical Pilates studio offering a highly customized, personalized teaching approach focused on providing an intensive one-on-one workout experience that emphasizes individual clients' personal fitness goals or special needs.



I am a Level 5 Certified Pilates Instructor graduate of the Embody School of Pilates in Canmore, Alberta, the first vocational licensed and accredited Pilates Teacher Training Program in Canada.

Having studied under Embody’s Owner and Pilates Pioneer (Gold certified) Teacher-Trainer, Bonny-Lynn Russell, I offer more than 5 years (over a thousand hours) of rigorous Classical Pilates training and teaching experience that includes strong focus on techniques, observation skills, verbal cuing, program design and problem solving.  I continue my education and love for Pilates by attending workshops taught by other master Pilates instructors like Benjamin Degenhardt.

My passion for Pilates started in 2011 when I suffered a neck injury.  With chiropractic care, active release therapy and an amazing Pilates Instructor I fully recovered. This in turn inspired me to give back and help others return to life through the philosophy and movement principles created by Joseph Pilates. 




My studio is conveniently located on the second floor next to Pegasus Gymnastics at 11166 42 St. SE, just east of Barlow Trail.


I offer both mat and equipment classes for all student levels and capabilities.


Equipment classes are taught on authentic Classical Pilates Equipment from Balanced Body, designed to preserve and bolster the integrity of traditional Pilates exercises.


My mat classes are designed to help with muscle toning, build core strength, improve stability, coordination and heighten mind-body awareness. I incorporate props such as rollers, magic circles, and therabands to further enhance clients’ workout experience and to focus on specific areas of the body that don’t typically get a lot of attention


class descriptions

Beginner Mat



A mat class is the foundation of the Pilates method. You will be taught proper breathing and alignment to ensure you find your core. You will be taught the Classical Mat series of exercises. A foam roller will be introduced at the end of each class. 

No experience necessary.

Intermediate Mat



After you’ve acquired the foundations of the Pilates mat method join us for a deeper, faster pace mat experience. We will use all five of Joseph Pilates’ mat levels. You will also learn proper transitions for smooth flows from one movement into the next. This is a great way to start your day, oxygenating the blood and giving you that “get up and go” attitude to face the rest of your day!

Mat With Props



Joseph Pilates’ goal, and ours as well, is to “Return people back to life” through healthy movement. The props class is done on the mat using the Magic Circle, Thera band and foam roller. This class is of a slow and steady pace, and is for everyone. It will help you lengthen, strengthen, decompress and oxygenate your whole body.  Great way to end your very busy day!

Beginner Equipment



This is for the Beginner person who would like to work on all the equipment, namely the Cadillac, Reformer and the Wunda Chair. Joseph Pilates created this equipment to work like “extra muscles” assisting students in strengthening smaller, weaker muscles and giving the whole body a more uniformly developed appearance. 

Intermediate Equipment


 This class will further challenge you with new movements from the classical series of exercises. Using proper breathing techniques, articulation of the spine and joints you will move with fluidity and ease like a beautiful dance!

Jenn introduced me to Pilates two and a half years ago and is the reason why Pilates has become such a huge passion and a new lifestyle for me.  There is no one who could have gotten me as far in Pilates in as short a time period as Jenn has.  She is my main source of motivation and inspiration in Pilates, having  an enormous positive impact both on my physical and mental well being.  I am extremely grateful to Jenn for her patience and the countless hours she spent teaching me proper techniques, keeping me safe when learning the more advanced exercises, and always providing encouraging, useful feedback filled with her signature visual cues in order to build up my confidence.  

I have found Jenn’s Pilates classes to be high energy, well structured workout sessions, carefully managed around each student’s own fitness level.  At no point in time do students ever feel like they can’t keep up in her classes.  Jenn is masterful at breaking down the more challenging exercises to help students build up both the required core strength and confidence.  I also love the way she mixes up the class content to keep students engaged and inspired to push themselves to ever-higher Pilates levels.

I am so proud to be Jenn’s student and to continue progressing under her guidance. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to feel and look great with total mind-body conditioning.


Pilates has changed my life.  When I first started I could hardly walk.  Now I am much more agile.  I feel more alive and energized than I have for a long time.  My private weekly sessions with Jenn are fun - she challenges me.  I feel like I could climb a mountain afterwards.  

Pilates has been recommended to me by three different neurosurgeons as an alternative to physiotherapy while I am waiting for back and knee surgeries.  I have been able to reduce my medication and have a more active life.

Jenn is a great Pilates instructor and truly a miracle worker!   I highly recommend her.
